Bodhgaya pilgrimage, December 2021
On 4 December 2021, HE Luding Khenchen Rinpoche, HE Luding Khen Rinpoche, Luding Shabdrung and HE Luding Khen Rinpoche's niece, Sonam Palden, together with the Luding sangha, made pilgrimage to the Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgaya to pay homage to the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha.

Under the compassionate guidance of HE Luding Khenchen Rinpoche and HE Luding Khen Rinpoche, Luding Shabdrung, Sonam Palden and the Luding sangha made offerings of robes and fruits to Shakyamuni Buddha, performed circumambulations of the Mahabodhi temple and made prayers dedicated to the happiness of all sentient beings.

On the 13 December, HE Luding Khenchen Rinpoche, HE Luding Khen Rinpoche, Luding Shabdrung, Sonam Palden and and the Luding Sangha visited Sakya Monastery at Katora, Bodhgaya.
In the previous year at this Sakya Monastery, the 41st HH Sakya Trichen Gongma Rinpoche and 42nd HH Sakya Trizin Gongma Rinpoche imparted “The Collections of Sadhana Initiations” to both His Eminences, Tulkus, Khenpos and large gathering of Monastic Sangha.
